I would never do business or recommend anyone to do business with Cronic Nissan. They sold us a car knowing that this BMW has 11 issues when we did the diagnostic test at a real BMW we found out that this car has 11 major issues with this car. They refuse to put us in another car with putting down 2,500 or 3,000 down as a trade in. They suck nasty when you call the General Manager he is not on your side trying to see what they can do for you at all. We been on the phone and all they do is send you to a voicemail without any care. We’re paying on a car that has $11,000 issues on all the things that need to be done with this car.
I agreed to an appointment on Jan1st at 11:30am and no one shown up nor have these people had the audacity to get back with me to apologize! Matt/Micheal nor David have reached out to me and I have left them several text messages! They say if you don’t take care of your customers someone else will and that is what happened! They lost my business and I have told my friends and family how these folks treated me!! But I got the truck I wanted and they got the commission they are out of !! So I don’t recommend this dealership to buy a Nissan of any sort
JD was an amazing salesmen and went out of his way to help with everything. I already knew what car I wanted going in, but he did everything he could to help with financing, my trade in, and even helping with the price. Everyone else was incredibly kind and welcoming. Even Chris, the finance manager who assisted me, said "you're a part of the family now." His words were genuine, and JD has even contacted me to ensure I'm enjoying my new car and to let him know anytime I need anything. Amazing staff and service.
